For the eighth time unique event - All-Ukrainian Olympic Lesson initiated by the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, with the assistance of the State Service for Youth and Sports, Kyiv City State Administration started in the capital of Ukraine.
The central street of Kiev - Khreschatyk looked like sport avenue.
For the long time Kiev has not seen so many champions and winners, who visited the fest of sports and beauty. Yana Klochkova, Lilia Podkopayeva, Elbrus Tedeyev, Anastasia Kozhenkova, Yuriy Cheban, Denis Silantiev, Valery Andriytsev, Roman Hontyuk, Svetlana Maziy, Denis Berynchyk, Olena Sadovnicha, Anna Bessonova and other celebrated Olympians prepared morning gymnastics for all Kiev residents and guests and satisfied a lot of interest in autographs and pictures for everyone.
Opening the Ukrainian Olympic lesson NOC of Ukraine President Sergey Bubka stressed the importance of this event, which is aimed to get children to sports, to cultivate love for physical culture and respect to their health.
Anyone who became a member of the Day Lesson of Physical Education and Sports had a good chance just visit numerous sports venues, get important and useful information. Over 40 sports fields presented different sports holding open training sessions and demonstrations.
The event was also attended by Chairman of the State Service for Youth and Sports Ravil Safiullin, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Family, Youth Sports and Tourism Pavlo Kostenko, Head of the Directorate of Family, Youth and Sports of the Kyiv city administration Volodymyr Vovk.
Olympic Lesson in Kiev opened a big number of lessons that will take place not only in the capital's schools, but also schools all over the country.
