Sabre Fancer Olha Kharlan Won Her Third Olympic Medal

Ukraine's most prominent sabre fencer Olha Kharlan won her career's third Olympic medal. Olha won bronze medal bout against the French Manon Brunet at the individual competitions in Rio on Monday, August 8th.

Kharlan, who is multiple Wortld and European medalist, added Rio bronze medla to the collection of gold from team competitions in Beijing 2008 and individual bronze medal from London 2012.

Ukraine's top sport officials – NOC President Sergey Bubka and sMinister Ihor Zhdanov supported Kharlan at the venue, as well as her mother who came to Rio as a part of partnership program by P&G.

Sergey Bubka congratulated the athlete, her coaches and national federation giving his best wishes to Ukraine's fencers ahehad of women's team competitions to be held on Saturday, August 13th.
