Ukraine NOC delegation took part in the celebration of Belarus NOC 25th Anniversary in Minsk.

The celebration was a part of 45th European Olympic Committees' General Assembly.

Ukraine's NOC President and IOC Executive Board member Sergey Bubka, NOC Executive Director Natalya Kovalenko and International relations' department head Nelya Demianets were guests of the anniversary ceremony.

Mr Bubka conveyed greetings for his colleagues from Belarus on behalf of Ukraine's Olympic family and gave out the present to Belarus NOC President Aleksandr Lukashenko, saying, 'I am happy the relations and cooperation between two NOCs, athletes and sport administrators are so close and effective. Ukraine has always been open to communicate and share our knowledge and experience – and will always be so. I believe Ukraine and Belarus will continue to promote and move forward with Olympic ideas and work together for the good of sports and active lifestyle'.

Ukrainian NOC has celebrated its 25th anniversary in December 2015 in Kyiv, with IOC President Thomas Bach, ANOC President Sheikh Fahad Al-Sabah, and numerous NOCs delegations, including Belarus one, being in attendance.
