At the XIV Summer European Youth Olympic Festival in Gyor (Hungary) Ukrainian athletes have won first prestigious medal.

Valeriia Ivanenko in hammer throw with her best attempt 61.64m finished with second result.

"I am not satisfied with my result, but there is a medal and that's good. At home, on arrival, we will analyze my mistakes with my personal coach. I will go on to work hard", - she commented.

The NOC of Ukraine President Sergey Bubka congratulated our talented athlete, coaches and Ukrainian Athletics Federation with an excellent achievement, wishing further success.
