U-18 world champion Mylhailo Kokhan won gold medal at XIV summer European Youth Olympic Festival Gyor-2017 in hammer throwing competitions.

The result of our champion is 78.28m.

"I am very happy with my place and results, it is very prestigious for me. This is my second gold medal in international competitions, the first was in Kenya at the World Championchip, and the second - here in Győr. I want to thank all Ukrainian team that came to cheer and support me", - athlete said.

The NOC of Ukraine President Sergey Bubka congratulated the newly-champion, coaches and Team of Ukraine with great achievement, wishing further success in the international arena.
