“We are embarking on a new phase in the work of the Executive Committee of the NOC of Ukraine. It is important for us to work effectively as a single team, to join forces and to focus on what matters most — supporting Ukrainian athletes, developing the Olympic Movement and representing Ukraine on the international stage. There are many tasks ahead that require collaboration and a sense of responsibility from everyone.”

During the meeting, particular attention was paid to international activities and support for Ukrainian athletes. Vadym Guttsait presented a proposal to nominate Professor Maria Bulatova, Vice-President of the NOC of Ukraine and President of the Olympic Academy of Ukraine, as a candidate for the presidency of the Association of European Olympic Academies.
