To the attention of members of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine!

During the Assembly, members of the NOC of Ukraine will review the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine’s activities for the period 2022–2026. The President of the NOC of Ukraine, the Vice-Presidents, the members of the Executive Committee and the Audit Commission will be elected for a new four-year term (2026–2030), and the organisation’s key objectives for 2027 will be set.

Members of the Olympic Movement have the opportunity to nominate candidates for membership of the NOC of Ukraine and for the post of President of the NOC of Ukraine for the period 2026–2030, as well as to submit proposals regarding the NOC of Ukraine’s priority areas of activity for 2027. 

The deadline for submitting nominations for candidates for membership of the NOC of Ukraine and for the post of President of the NOC of Ukraine is by the end of the day on 20 September 2026.

Proposals regarding the organisation’s priority areas of activity for 2027 must be submitted by 18 September 2026.

Information regarding the venue of the event will be provided to members of the NOC of Ukraine individually. 

An open vote will be held on all items on the agenda, with the exception of the election of the President of the NOC of Ukraine. At the same time, the election of the President of the NOC of Ukraine will take place by secret ballot: for those attending in person — using paper ballot papers, and for online participants — via the specialised cloud-based platform ElectionRunner, which guarantees complete confidentiality and data protection.
