About the project

The Healthy Accessible Lifestyle For All (H.A.L.F.A/H.E.A.L) project aims to encourage the general population to adopt a healthy lifestyle and engage in sports.

Target audience:

• youth and minors from population groups with fewer opportunities to access physical activity and healthy lifestyles due to economic, social, and cultural barriers;
• grassroots sports coaches and students involved in sports.
