About the project

The Olympic Committees Leadership Programme (OCLP) is about promoting responsible leadership in sport organisations and advancing dual careers among Olympic athletes.

The OCLP aims to build responsible leadership capacity among national sports federations and to raise awareness of career opportunities among Olympic athletes.

The project aims to research the specific challenges and needs that arise in the countries where the project will be implemented and prepare tools to support leadership development and leadership knowledge among sports organisations in these countries .

The project includes various forms of communication to share experiences, as well as a mentoring programme.

The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by the National Olympic Committees of Ukraine, Poland, Greece and Croatia.
