About the project

The main goal of the project is "Solidarity through Great Governance of EuroHockey member national associations ":

1. SOLIDARITY: writing new organisational strategies with each national association.

2. INVOLVEMENT: defining in practice the operational ways in which the national associations work.

3. MANAGE: Reviewing and identifying priority areas for National Associations to help shape the focus of their strategic plans, linked to the goals of the National Olympic Committee.
